A glamorous fashionista with royal genes and a heart for the environment, you can often find her on the catwalk or in a garden.

Lady Amelia Windsor, who turns 29 today, is a successful model and fashion designer.

At the star-studded Victoria and Albert Museum summer party in June, she dazzled in a stylish pink co-ord set.

The granddaughter of Prince Edward, Duke of Kent, a second cousin of the King, showed off her tattoos on both arms as she walked the red carpet.

Besides the glitz and glamour, Lady Amelia also has other, more environmentally conscious interests.

At this year’s Chelsea Flower Show she presented her very first flower exhibition.

Lady Amelia planted a wildflower garden, including the common rattle, the common toadflax and the cuckoo flower.

Lady Amelia was born in Cambridge on 24 August 1995 and was called ‘the most beautiful member of the royal family’ when she appeared on the cover of Tatler in 2016.

She is the youngest child of George Windsor, Earl of St. Andrews, and Sylvana Tomaselli.

She was educated at the exclusive St Mary’s School Ascot, where boarders pay more than £45,000 a year, before studying Italian and French at the University of Edinburgh.

The model has been associated with Storm’s management since 2016 and has modeled for brands such as Chanel and Dolce & Gabbana.

In 2021, she attracted more attention than ever by posing for Polaroid-style photos in an eco-friendly baby pink bra made from seaweed and wood pulp for Alexander Clementine.

Lady Amelia is a huge fan of social media and regularly shares glimpses of her undoubtedly glamorous life with her followers.

Earlier she talked about her enthusiasm for social media, and Instagram in particular: ‘Everyone can be creative and imaginative with it.

“I also love that we can share all the beautiful and meaningful things we see and hear in the world. I find it so inspiring and uplifting.”

She regularly posts about her travels and fashion adventures, often with a green focus. She recently posted a photo of herself wearing biodegradable sunglasses from Reformation and Jimmy Fairly.

The model has also undergone a major hair change this year, trading in her long locks for a modern bob that emphasizes her jawline. She also decided to visit George Northwood’s hairdressers for a new haircut.

The company has an illustrious clientele, including Rachel Weisz, Alicia Vikander and Julianne Moore.

Alexa Chung and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley are also favorites as hairdresser George Northwood.

She posted the transformation on Instagram, sharing a video of herself beaming and shaking her head to show off her new hairdo, and she seemed very happy with the results.

Lady Amelia is a green enthusiast and uses a local eco-friendly dry cleaner to keep her clothes in top condition. She also tries to repair her own clothes.

Lady Amelia told The Telegraph that she is not the type to wear an outfit once and then throw it away.

“The clothes I wear on Instagram are usually for events. I borrowed clothes from different brands,” she explains.

Instead, the royal said she tries to live as environmentally consciously as possible and often shops for vintage clothes at Portobello Market, near her Notting Hill home.

As an advocate for sustainable fashion and repurposing old garments, Amelia also sold her old clothes on fashion marketplace app Depop in 2021 to raise money for an animal welfare organization.

On Instagram, the royal explained that she had put a selection of second-hand clothes up for sale after clearing out her wardrobe, with the money she earned going to the Cross River Gorilla Project animal protection charity.
