Tito Jackson, one of the original members of The Jackson 5 and brother of the late Michael Jackson, has died.

A family member confirmed the news to NBC LA, the US affiliate network of Sky News.

Tito was an original member of The Jackson 5, along with brothers Jackie, Jermaine, Marlon and Michaelwho died in 2009.

He was also the father of Taj, Taryll and TJ Jackson, who rose to fame in the 1990s as the R’n’B/pop trio 3T.
