Sean O’Malley calls Conor McGregor ‘jealous bitch’ over Ostarine comment: ‘Could beat Conor in a fight’

Over the course of his UFC career, Conor McGregor has made a number of enemies in the UFC. The most recent addition to that list is bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley. ‘Suga’ has taken things a step further and upped the ante by challenging McGregor to a fight over his recent comments.

In the most recent episode of his podcast, O’Malley was joined by his coach Tim Welch and two other people. They discussed a wide range of topics, ending with a discussion of comments McGregor had made about him.

O’Malley tweeted out new research to defend his positive test for ostarine, which McGregor responded to with laughing emojis. This happened a few weeks ago. In the podcast, O’Malley called the Irishman jealogies and said there was a reason for weight classes and that he would actually beat McGregor in a fight.

“I weigh 155/160. Weight classes are there for a reason, I’m not going to bash those guys. I’m going to bash Conor because I believe I can beat Conor in a fight. Style-wise I can beat Conor in a fight. Not an easy fight, but I wouldn’t challenge anyone if I didn’t think I could beat them in a fight.”

The champion added that he had the height advantage over Conor, stating that McGregor was indeed heavier, but he is small.

Despite O’Malley’s keen interest in the fight, it is highly unlikely that this fight will take place in the UFC.

Is Sean O’Malley Chasing a Dream?

For starters, as it stands now, McGregor is competing in a weight class three divisions above O’Malley. “The Notorious” hasn’t competed in the 155-pound class since July 2021. Additionally, McGregor only has two fights left on his UFC contract, one of which is against Chandler.

The Irish superstar has not indicated in any recent interviews that he wants to re-sign with the UFC. If that is the case and he only has one fight left after Chandler, the UFC will try to book the biggest fight possible and unfortunately Sean O’Malley does not fit that description.
