Rashee RiceThe woman’s mother is accused of stealing a package containing Chappell Roan records from her neighbor’s porch just hours after the Kansas City Chiefs receiver went down with an injury on Sunday … and the neighbor says it was all caught on video.

TMZ Sports has obtained Ring footage of what a Texas resident claims to show Marsha Kearney — wearing a custom “Momma-Rice” No. 4 jersey — walk past the doorway and look straight into the camera before walking down the hallway around 6:39 PM CT on September 29, a few hours after the Chiefs defeated the Chargers had defeated in Los Angeles.

You can see that the woman in the sweater then walked back to the door, pushed a package onto the floor with her foot and removed it from the frame (or so she thought).

But she apparently didn’t travel far enough… and the footage shows her turning and lifting a box from her feet before walking away.

We’re told the owner had purchased two limited edition Chappell Roan vinyl records from Urban Outfitters… and tried to resolve the issue with Kearney, Rice and their rental office for the apartment complex in hopes of getting the items back – without success.

TMZ Sports contacted police … who confirmed a report had been made on the alleged theft on Wednesday.
