One injured in shooting in downtown Lincoln Thursday night

A 19-year-old man was injured in a shooting in downtown Lincoln late Thursday night, police said.

Lincoln police officers heard multiple gunshots around 11:15 p.m. in the area of Canopy and Q streets, Capt. Duane Winkler said.

Police found the man with a gunshot wound that is not believed to be life-threatening and he was taken to a local hospital.

Police are still searching for a suspect in a shooting that took place near Pinnacle Bank Arena just before the end of a concert.

Lincoln police are still investigating.
