Chigvintsev was arrested Thursday by sheriff’s deputies in Napa County, California, under a California penal code that makes it “illegal to injure a spouse, domestic partner or co-parent in a domestic violence incident.”

It is unclear, however, whether Bella, who is also known professionally as Nikki Garcia, was involved. The alleged victim has requested complete confidentiality, Napa County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Henry Woffard told The Post.

Chigvintsev was released on $25,000 bail at 2:18 p.m. PT. His photo was also made public.

The “DWTS” pro and Bella share a home in Napa, where they live with their 4-year-old son, Matteo, who was born in July 2020. Bella appears to have been in Napa at the time of her husband’s arrest, posting a selfie she took at a day spa in Downtown Napa on Wednesday.

The couple met in 2017 when Bella was a contestant on “DWTS.”

She was engaged to WWE star and actor John Cena at the time. Cena and Bella called off their engagement in July 2018, and by January 2019, Chigvintsev and the Bella twins were reportedly dating.

The couple’s lavish 2022 wedding was captured on the reality TV series “Nikki Bella Says I Do.”

Chigvintsev will not return to “DWTS” for season 33. He previously appeared in every season of the show since season 19, except season 21 and season 28.
