MLA organizes free coaching classes for NEET and EAPCET exams

Hyderabad: In a major move aimed at empowering underprivileged students, Congress Mahbubnagar MLA Yennam Srinivas Reddy has launched free coaching classes for students for the medical and engineering entrance exams, specifically Eapcet and NEET. The initiative, ‘Pioneer Eapcet/NEET’, funded by the MLA, is designed to help students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds studying in government junior colleges.

The coaching classes, which will be held at Government Boys, Girls and YMVS Junior Colleges in Mahbubnagar district headquarters, will benefit 200 students, with 100 seats available for boys and girls. Srinivas Reddy stressed the importance of determination, hard work, perseverance and self-control, and urged students to set ambitious goals and work tirelessly towards them.

“Thinking small is a big crime,” Srinivas Reddy remarked at the inauguration of coaching on Friday. “Success doesn’t happen overnight; it requires careful planning and consistent effort. I want you all to aim high and become role models for future generations.”

The MLA acknowledged the generous support of the local community, particularly the contributions of Rishi Junior College and Pratibha Junior College, which provided materials and teachers. He also expressed his gratitude to Mahbubnagar District Collector Viziendira Boyi for her role in modernising the classrooms to enhance the learning experience.

The event concluded with the presentation of the study material to the students, who received it for free.
