Lauren Sánchez and her fiancé, billionaire entrepreneur Jeff Bezos, attended the highly anticipated debut of the UFC at The Sphere in Las Vegas, where she launched her new children’s book just hours earlier.

The television journalist and Amazon founder sat next to the stage during the big night, while Sánchez gave fans a glimpse inside the futuristic venue via social media.

The 53-year-old shared an Instagram Story in which he took a look at fighters Manuel Torres and Ignacio Bahamondes in the cage after the latter’s first-round win.

“Let’s go!” Sánchez wrote in the message to her 499,000 Instagram followers.

In her subsequent posts, she showed a detailed 360-degree screen showing the location of the $2.3 billion landmark event.

She even shared a photo the UFC page had taken of her and Bezos, adding the caption, “So cute!”

The couple wore what appeared to be black outfits, while she wore a necklace and earrings.

UFC 306, also known as “Noche UFC,” at the Las Vegas Sphere took months to prepare for and the event alone cost more than $20 million in production costs, eight times the average UFC event and more than double the original budget, according to Sports Business Journal.

Just hours before her date night in Vegas, Sánchez attended her first book signing to promote her new children’s book, “The Fly Who Flew To Space,” in New Jersey.

Sánchez posted a series of snapshots and videos Saturday morning at Bookends in Ridgewood, New Jersey, where she signed autographs, exchanged gifts and posed for photos with her young guests.

During the event she signed autographs and had a table full of toys and coloring pages for the young guests.

“So much fun meeting you all,” Sánchez said on Instagram. “I especially enjoyed meeting all the little readers.”

Sánchez, who earned her pilot’s license at age 40, told The View that she was inspired to write her new book when she was flying with her children and noticed a fly stuck in the cockpit. She wanted to write about everything the fly could see from above.

During her interview on the daytime talk show, co-host Joy Behar also pointed out that Sánchez auditioned twice for “The View” but was never selected.

“But look at yourself now, I don’t think you needed the job,” Behar said.

Sánchez began dating Bezos in January 2019 and the couple got engaged during their vacation in the south of France in May 2023.

Last year, the two announced they would be leaving Seattle, where Bezos built his empire, and moving to Miami to be closer to his loved ones.

“I’m really looking forward to spending my life with someone who I deeply respect and care about, and someone who loves my children,” Sanchez said on The View.
