HENDERSONVILLE, NC (WSPA) – Hendersonville Police responded to a report of a robbery at the SECU Friday morning.

According to police, a male suspect wearing a medical face mask gave an employee a note asking for money. The suspect was last seen leaving the business on foot.

No customers or employees were injured and nearby banks were immediately alerted. Police said the situation was considered an isolated incident and there was no ongoing threat to the public.
