Gwen Stefani’s country transformation over the past few years is no secret, but now she’s embracing the genre in the biggest way yet. The pop star announced her fifth studio album, Bouqueton September 18 by revealing the cover art. Dressed in a cowboy hat and a brown plaid suit — against an earthy, mid-century backdrop — it looks like Stefani will be riding the cowboy trend like a bronco with at least some of her new music.

While Stefani has released a few singles lately (mostly duets with husband Blake Shelton), it’s been a while since the former No Doubt singer released a new album.

The track list contains one special feature

Along with the cover art, Stefani also revealed the album’s 10-song tracklist. The only featured artist is (unsurprisingly) Shelton, who appears on the final track, “Purple Irises.” Stefani actually released “Purple Irises” in early 2024, months before anyone knew anything about it Bouquet.

The Lead Single focuses on an ex

Stefani previewed the album’s lead single, “Somebody Else’s,” by posting a snippet from the studio a few days ahead of its release. Bouquet announcement. The rollicking banger seems to hint at an ex, one Stefani couldn’t be happier to be rid of. “I don’t know what a woman like me did with a man like you,” Stefani sings in the clip. “But now I got a love so true.”

The wait for the new album won’t be too long. Stefani announced Bouquet will be released on November 15th.
