Lana Del Rey has kept her love life out of the public eye for almost her entire career.

And while she rarely speaks publicly about her relationships, the “Young & Beautiful” singer was linked to a few musicians and actors before marrying alligator guide Jeremy Dufrene in September 2024.

In fact, it seemed like their love was meant to be. In 2014, Del Rey said she would probably end up with someone a little older — and Dufrene is 17 years older than her.

“I kind of have an affinity for really good, strong, confident people,” she told Rolling Stone at age 29. “I would say I haven’t met them as much as people in their 20s. So for me, I don’t have anything in common with someone in their twenties yet.”

“I’m really looking for an equal,” she added.

Del Rey burst onto the scene in 2011 after the success of her song “Video Games.”

At the time, the singer started dating Barrie-James O’Neill, a Scottish singer-songwriter.

“When I met my boyfriend…we always said we wrote for each other all the time, but we didn’t know it until we met,” she told Just Jared in 2012.

“So you feel like even though you didn’t know the person then, all the songs now are for him or her. That’s romantic.”

O’Neill’s band, Kassidy, opened for Del Rey on her Paradise Tour in 2013. That same year, the pair sparked engagement rumors after the hitmaker was spotted wearing a huge diamond That finger.

However, they announced their breakup in 2014 after three years of dating.

“He’s a great person. But there are some things he has to deal with,” Del Rey told Swiss newspaper 20 Minuten. “I won’t explain it in detail. This was difficult for our relationship. I no longer felt free.”

Francesco Carrozzini

Shortly after announcing her split from O’Neill, Del Rey was spotted getting cozy with Italian director and photographer Francesco Carrozzini.

The duo was photographed spending time in Portofino, Italy, after working together on her “Ultraviolence” music video.

Although Carrozzini reportedly moved to Los Angeles to be closer to the singer, they split in November 2015 after a year of dating.

G-Eazy

The “Summertime Sadness” singer was linked to G-Eazy in April 2017 after they appeared together at Coachella.

The musicians fueled the rumors the following month after heading to Hollywood together.

However, things seemed to take a turn for the worse that summer when the “Lady Killers” rapper confirmed his relationship with Halsey in August 2017.

Sean Larkin

Del Rey took a two-year hiatus after her affair with G-Eazy and was not linked to anyone else until September 2019, when she was spotted on a date in Central Park with police officer Sean Larkin.

A few months later, the singer got Instagram official with the “Live PD” star by posting a photo of him planting a sweet kiss on her head.

During their yearlong romance, the pair graced several red carpets, with Del Rey even bringing Larkin as her date to the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards.

However, Larkin revealed to The New York Times in March 2020 that he and the singer decided to be “just friends.”

Clayton Johnson

Del Rey reportedly met musician Clayton Johnson on a dating app following her divorce from Larkin.

The couple seemingly fell hard and fast, wore matching couple costumes for Halloween and got engaged in December 2020.

The “Say Yes to Heaven” singer seemingly confirmed their engagement after showing up to “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” wearing a huge diamond ring.

Del Rey, whose real name is Elizabeth Grant, was rumored to be dating Jack Donoghue in early 2022.

The Salem frontman seemingly made their romance public after posting a video of them at a monster truck race.

Although they continued dating throughout the summer of 2022, the couple called it quits in September.

Evan Winiker

Del Rey attended the Malibu Chili Cook-Off with Evan Winiker, a Managing Partner at Range Media, and a group of friends in the fall of 2022.

Although the couple kept their romance private, Billboard reported in March 2023 that the two were engaged.

However, Del Rey confirmed she was single in an interview for the December 2023/2024 issue of Harper Bizzar.

“I’m definitely not in love right now,” she candidly told the outlet, noting that it had been at least “five months” since she felt that emotion.

Jeremy Dufrene

Despite declaring her single status in early 2024, Del Rey is ending the year married.

The singer first met her now husband in March 2019 when he took her on an alligator tour of the Bayou des Allemands, known as the “Catfish Capital of the World.”

Dufrene and Del Rey both posted photos from the excursion and followed each other on social media shortly after.

They apparently reconnected around May 2024 when the singer traveled back to Louisiana.

Three months later, the ‘West Coast’ singer was romantically linked to Dufrene after they were spotted holding hands at the Leeds Festival in England.

Although Del Rey shot down dating rumors at the time, the couple went public with their relationship weeks later when they attended model Karen Elson’s wedding in New York.

In September 2024, Page Six confirmed that Del Rey and Dufrene had obtained a marriage license. That same week, the Daily Mail obtained photos of the duo with the caption “Yes I do.”

The couple got married next to the Bayous des Allemends in the presence of their closest friends and family.

The Grammy-nominated singer looked radiant in a white lace, ballgown-style dress with ruffles as her father walked her down the aisle.

Neither Del Rey nor Dufrene have commented publicly on their marriage.
