Henry’s overtime rumble was the highlight of his Sunday, but within his 92 rushing yards and one touchdown against the Bengals, the 30-year-old reached some important milestones.

A 5-yard run in the second quarter put Henry in the 10,000-yard rushing club as he became the 32nd player in NFL history to accomplish the feat and the first player to do so since Marshawn Lynch (2017). He is also the 21st player to ever do so in nine seasons. Henry scored the game’s first touchdown and became the 26th player and 14th player in NFL history to reach 100 career scrimmage touchdowns.

According to NFL Research, Henry became the fifth player in NFL history to achieve both marks in his first 125 games.

After a 151-yard performance against the Cowboys in Week 3 and a 199-yard performance against the Bills last week, Henry has been instrumental in Baltimore’s three-game win streak. He entered Week 5 as the league’s fastest leader and the Ravens’ most important signing of the offseason has already paid serious dividends.

According to NFL Research, Henry became the third player over the age of 30 with more than 500 rushing yards and more than five rushing TDs in the first five games of a season, joining Curtis Martin and Priest Holmes (both in 2004).

One of eight running backs to rush for 2,000 yards in a season, Henry is building a memorable resume early in his career in Baltimore. But the veteran did not celebrate any personal achievements on Sunday, but rather described the importance of winning a crucial division match in such exciting fashion.

“This victory is a big reason for what happened today,” he said. “It puts us in second place in the division so we definitely needed this one. It was as important to us as it was to them. Glad we got the win. With everything that happened this is just to give you the show this team’s resilience, and we will continue to fight until the end.”
