    CLEVELAND, Ohio – Scribbles in my notebook as Browns and Las Vegas are tied 10-10 at half:

    1. The Browns had a great 15 play, 70 yard drive to open the game. Coach Kevin Stefanski had Deshaun Watson making quick, decisive throws. The QB passed 8 of 8 and connected with seven different receivers. The TD came on a play-action fake, followed by a pass to a wide open Blake Whiteheart.
