He was the lightning to Breece Hall’s lightning, rushing for 55 yards on just 11 carries on Thursday, leaving everyone wondering: How did the running back from Wisconsin end up in the fourth round of the 2024 NFL Draft?

An X user (formerly of Twitter) wondered out loud, and Allen responded: “Everyone wanted to see me run in my underwear to determine if I was a good football player.”

Ah, yes. A reference to the NFL Combine. LOL!
