Becky Lynch’s memoirs to be published in paperback

Becky Lynch’s memoir is expected to be published in paperback in 2025. PWInsider reports that Becky Lynch: The Man: Not Your Average Average Girl will be released in paperback on March 4, 2025.

The memoirs were released in hardcover on March 26 and are described as follows:

This “infectious and infectious” (“Stone Cold” Steve Austin) memoir by WWE superstar Rebecca Quin — aka The Man, aka Becky Lynch — delves into her earliest wrestling days, her troubled beginnings and her meteoric rise to fame.

Rebecca Quin grew up in Dublin, Ireland, in a devout Catholic family. She was constantly finding new ways to worry her mother: she played with the neighborhood kids, threw secret parties when her parents were away, enrolled in a wrestling school, nearly broke her neck, and nearly ran over a WWE star in the knee before she had a wrestling career of her own. She was always looking for a thrilling escape from the ordinary.

Rebecca’s childhood love of wrestling set her on an unlikely path. With few female wrestlers to look to for guidance, Rebecca pursued a career in wrestling in hopes of changing the culture and moving it away from the outdated lack of respect so often directed at the elite female athletes who grace the ring. Even as a teenager, she knew she would stop at nothing to carve out a place among the best wrestlers of our time and pave a new path for female fighters.

Compiled from decades of diary entries, this “engaging debut memoir” (Publishers Weekly) offers a candid look at the complex woman behind the character played by Rebecca Quin on TV.
