Actress Cheryl Hines was warned not to marry RFK Jr.

Good friends of Cheryl Hines had the Curb your enthusiasm actress against marrying womanizer – and failed presidential candidate – Robert F. Kenedy Jr.

They were reportedly “stunned” that she chose to marry the scandalous Kennedy scion in 2014, who is now known to have had an affair with political reporter Olivia Nuzzi.

In his revealing 2015 biography, he writes RFK Jr.: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the Dark Side of the Dream author Jerry Oppenheimer wrote of his subject: “Any woman who gets involved with Bobby does so with her eyes open or with her brains chopped off. Any woman who thinks she can change Bobby is deluded and willfully ignorant.”

Oppenheimer, a close friend of Kennedy’s who attended his wedding to Hines in Massachusetts, did not comply, writing that a guest at the wedding was “baffled as to why Hines married Bob, given that his history as a womanizer had become so public and was mired in scandal.”

The author added: “Women need to understand what they’re getting into when they’re with him. You can hate it, you can make excuses for it, you can do whatever you want, it doesn’t change the fact that he has a long history of doing certain things.”

Even before the wedding, Kennedy was accused of cheating over his relationship with socialite Chelsea Kirwan.

Kennedy has six children. His first wife was Emily Ruth Black. His second, Mary Richardson, committed suicide in 2012. It was reported that she kept a diary in which she recorded all of his affairs with other women.

Hines, 58, has a daughter, Catherine, 20, with ex-husband Paul Young.

Oppenheimer’s book tells how Hines To curb Creator and star Larry David reportedly told Kennedy, “Nothing you do will ever faze her.”

Prophetic words, indeed. Now the question is how Hines will respond to the latest report of Kennedy’s deception.
