ESPN has revealed the destination for “College GameDay” in Week 3 of the football season. It’s a location that hasn’t been visited in a while.

The team travels to Columbia, South Carolina for a matchup between South Carolina (2-0, 1-0 SEC) and No. 18 LSU (1-1) on Saturday, September 14.

It marks the first time ESPN’s flagship College GameDay has visited South Carolina since 2014.

The Gamecocks are coming off a 31-6 win over Kentucky. LSU defeated Nicholls State 44-21 after losing to Southern California in the season opener.

When is ESPN College GameDay?

“College GameDay” airs from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. MST.

Rece Davis serves as the host and collaborates with Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee, Nick Saban and Steve Coughlin.

Who is the celebrity guest welcoming you to College GameDay this week?

ESPN has not yet announced who will be the guest programmer for Week 3.

Johnny Manziel was the guest voter for Week 1. Michael Phelps was the guest voter in Week 2. Week 0 featured WWE star Sheamus, who voted in his native Ireland.
