What Is Bruno Mars’ Net Worth In 2024? Everything You Need To Know About His Hollywood Fortune Amid New Song With Lady Gaga

As of 2024, Bruno Mars has an estimated net worth of around $175 million according to Celebrity Net Worth. The 38-year-old singer was born as Peter Gene Hernandez in Honolulu, Hawaii.

He is a multi-talented singer-songwriter and has been astonishing audiences worldwide for years with his exciting performances and captivating music. But how did he amass so much wealth? Because of his diverse portfolio.

Elvis’s musical beginnings

At just 2 years old, Mars became the youngest Elvis impersonator in the world. It was an early sign of the kind of musical talent he possessed and how it would ultimately shape his future.

He later formed The Smeezingtons, a songwriting and production trio with Philip Lawrence and Ari Levine. Their work included hits for artists such as Sean Kingston, Alexandra Burke, Brandy and Adam Levine.

But Bruno Mars first tasted fame when he appeared on B.o.B.’s Nothin’ On You and Travie McCoy’s Billionaire.

His solo career started with singles like Just The Way You Are, which became a hit. Besides singles, his albums like Unorthodox Jukebox and Doo-Wops and Hooligans also did well.

Both songs reached number 1 on the Billboard 200 and confirmed his status as a famous artist.

In his music career, the superstar has won 4 Brit Awards, 11 American Music Awards, 15 Grammy Awards, 13 Soul Train Awards and, most importantly, 15 Grammy Awards.

A varied portfolio

Mars has sold over 200 million singles worldwide, making him one of the highest-earning celebrities in Hollywood. Style Caster reported that his tours alone have earned him a whopping $500 million!

Outside of music, Bruno Mars has established himself as a prolific investor. He invested in NJOY, a company that makes electronic cigarettes. He is also a co-owner of SelvaRey Rum, a rum company founded in 2014 and based in the US.

That’s not all, he’s also collaborated with Fender to create his own Stratocaster guitar. But all is not well for the hitmaker.

According to NewsNation, the singer has an alleged $50 million gambling debt that he owes to the Las Vegas MGM Casinos. According to a source for the publication, “(MGM) basically owns him.”

The source added: “He makes $90 million a year from the deal he made with the casino, but then he has to pay back his debt… after taxes (Mars makes $1.5 million a night).” In 2024, the singer opened a club at the Bellagio Resort and Casino called The Pinky Ring. However, in a statement to E!, the casino said the allegations about the debt were false.

MGM Resorts International said: “Any other speculation is completely false; he has no debt to MGM. We are proud of our relationship with Bruno Mars.”

The Lady Gaga Connection

The pop sensation is making waves again thanks to his collaboration with another mega music sensation: Lady Gaga. They worked together on the single Die With A Smile.

In an interview with Page Six, Lady Gaga revealed how this collaboration came about. She revealed, “Bruno and I have a lot of mutual respect for each other and we talked about working together.” She explained how Bruno Mars asked her to come over to his studio one night to hear what he was working on. Lady Gaga said at the time, “I was blown away when I heard what he was going to create.”

The Born This Way singer said they both stayed up all night to finish the song.

Gaga also praised him, saying his talent was unlike anything she had ever seen. She gushed, “There’s no one else like him.”

Mars didn’t shy away from praising Gaga either, saying, “She’s an icon and she makes this song magical.”

As we look ahead to 2024, Bruno Mars’ net worth is poised to continue to grow. With hit songs, business ventures and unwavering dedication, he remains a Hollywood icon.
