‘What an Embarrassing Performance’: Fans React to Purdue Trailing Notre Dame by 42 at Halftime

The week off didn’t have much of an effect on Purdue’s American football team.

In the first half of the Week 3 game against Notre Dame, the Boilermakers trailed 42-0. At halftime.

Notre Dame quarterback Riley Leonard ran for three touchdowns while Boubacar Traore intercepted a Hudson Card pass for a pick-six. Card has just 61 yards passing and the Boilermakers have run for just 11 total yards.
