Indie rock gems Voodoo Bloo are back with a rowdy outing! Their latest offering, “Dead-end Rodeo,” marks the band’s third studio LP, combining the sounds fans love with new twists that will hit all listeners with full force.

“Dead-end Rodeo” deviates from the methodical lyricism and conceptual work of the previous two albums in pursuit of no holds barred bangers and a whiplash insane record. Voodoo Bloo delivers their most expressive and explosive tracks without hesitation.

Worldwide success

With a dedicated fanbase spanning the UK, US and Australia, Voodoo Bloo know how to tap into the indie rock world. Their unique blend of indie and alternative rock has featured on several Apple Playlists with all of their singles released this year.

The final single “Ambassador” reached the NZ Official Alternative Charts at number 35, and “I Don’t Want This Scene To End” charted at number 23 on the NZ Official Rock Charts for 5 weeks.

Known for their innovative approach to music and unapologetic authenticity, Voodoo Bloo continue to push boundaries with their distinctive sound, earning them a dedicated following in New Zealand and beyond. Fans and music lovers can expect the release of “Dead-end Rodeo” on all major streaming platforms from Friday 16th August 2024. This “all that is good” influenced LP celebrates the band’s short but eclectic career to date.

With no plans to slow down (and more music scheduled for release next year), this full-length project is one not to be missed. Recorded and produced by the band at Massey University in Wellington, New Zealand, and expertly mixed by Scott Seabright, whose repertoire includes collaborations with esteemed acts like Alien Weaponry, Mumford & Sons, and Six60, “Dead-end Rodeo” promises to be an exhilarating aural experience.
