SHERIFF REPORTS

The following is compiled from reports filed by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:

DUI: Andres G. Ayala Ortiz, 23, of Ukiah, was arrested Aug. 11 at the county jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of a drug with a criminal record and possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.

DUI: Omar Galvan Santana, 27, of Redwood Valley, was arrested Aug. 12 at the county jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.

DUI: Miguel A. Herrera Cholula, 23, of Potter Valley, was arrested Aug. 12 at the county jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.

DUI: Kyle E. Johnson, 23, of Lake County, was arrested Aug. 12 at the county jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and a runaway vehicle crash. He was arrested by Fort Bragg police.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Nichol D. Obrion, 24, of Lakeport, was arrested Aug. 12 at the county jail on suspicion of domestic violence and violating probation. She was arrested by the MCSO.

ELUDING: Rutilio Escobar, 59, of Willits, was arrested Aug. 13 at the county jail on suspicion of eluding a police officer and assault on a first responder. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department.

CONSPIRACY: Esteban Gaona Borja, 22, of Redwood Valley, was arrested Aug. 13 at the county jail on suspicion of conspiracy to grow marijuana and possession of cannabis for sale. He was arrested by the MCSO.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Joseph V. Peredia, 39, of Redwood Valley, was arrested Aug. 13 at the county jail on suspicion of domestic violence. He was arrested by the MCSO.

BURGLARY: Jonathan S. Rosales, 45, of San Francisco, was arrested Aug. 13 at the county jail on suspicion of burglary, driving under the influence with prior convictions and resisting an emergency responder. He was arrested by Ukiah police.

DUI: Francisco J. Delgado, 44, of Covelo, was arrested Aug. 14 at the county jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.

SEXUAL ACTS WITH A CHILD: Oscar M. Nunez Martinez, 25, of Willits, was arrested Aug. 14 at the county jail on suspicion of continuous sexual abuse of a child and child abuse. He was arrested by the WPD.

THREATS: Thomas A. Torres, 38, of Nice, was arrested Aug. 14 at the county jail on suspicion of making threats, domestic violence and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the WPD.

DUI: Michael M. Miller, 28, of Sacramento County, was arrested Aug. 15 at the county jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.

ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION: Doreen J. Wright Hoaglin, 67, of Covelo, was arrested Aug. 15 at the county jail on suspicion of illegal possession of ammunition, a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. She was arrested by the MCSO.

DUI: Manuel G. Guzman, 52, of Ukiah, was arrested Aug. 16 at the county jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and violating probation. He was arrested by the CHP.

DUI: Katherine M. Leon, 57, of Willits, was arrested Aug. 16 at the county jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested by the CHP.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Roy K. Ferreira, 52, of Willits, was arrested Aug. 17 at the county jail on suspicion of domestic violence and false imprisonment. He was arrested by the WPD.

DUI: Christian Lopez Maldonado, 24, of Fort Bragg, was arrested Aug. 16 at the county jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.

THREATS: Michael Lucas, 51, of California, was arrested Aug. 17 at the county jail on suspicion of making threats, vandalism and violating his probation. He was arrested by the CHP.

TRANSPORTATION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Kenneth Partridge, 56, of Fort Bragg, was arrested Aug. 17 at the county jail on suspicion of transportation of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale, carrying a concealed dagger or dagger, possession of drug paraphernalia and violating probation. He was arrested by the FBPD.

DUI: Trenton D. Rossi, 18, of Boonville, was arrested Aug. 17 at the county jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and cruelty to a child. He was arrested by the CHP.

Those arrested by law enforcement are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
