Swift became a fixture at Chiefs games last year, starting on Sept. 24, 2023, when she attended Kansas City’s home game against the Chicago Bears for the first time, seemingly confirming that the relationship rumors surrounding her and Kelce were true. In an interview months later, she revealed that they had started dating last summer, long before she showed up at the game.

She attended every match that didn’t conflict with her Eras Tour dates afterward, including the match in which Kelce and the Chiefs won their second straight Super Bowl, capturing the ring as Swift looked on at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas in February.

Now the Chiefs are hoping for a third Super Bowl victory, starting with Thursday’s game against the Ravens.

Swift, for her part, is on hiatus between the European leg and the second North American leg of her Eras Tour, which will visit Canada for the first time when it kicks off in Toronto in November. She’ll lead the nominees for next week’s MTV Video Music Awards, which take place on Wednesday, September 11 at New York’s UBS Arena.
