Taylor Swift’s hectic week ends with some NFL action.

The pop star arrived at Arrowhead Stadium more than an hour before the Kansas City Chiefs played the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday night. Swift was at the stadium to cheer on the Chiefs, but mostly to support her boyfriend, tight end Travis Kelce. Swift wore a long Chiefs jersey and thigh-high black leather boots.

Swift’s appearance came hours after she faced criticism from former President Trump. The Republican candidate wrote about his distaste for Swift in a post on Truth Social.

Swift earlier this week endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris for president after she and Trump participated in the first presidential debate.

“Like many of you, I watched the debate tonight. If you haven’t already, now is a good time to do your research on the issues at hand and the positions these candidates are taking on the topics that matter most to you,” Swift wrote on Instagram. “As a voter, I’m making sure to watch and read everything I can about their proposed policies and plans for this country.

“It was recently brought to my attention that AI of ‘me’ that falsely endorsed Donald Trump’s presidential campaign had been posted on his site. It really raised my fears around AI and the dangers of spreading disinformation. It led me to the conclusion that I need to be very transparent about my real plans for this election as a voter. The easiest way to combat disinformation is with the truth.

“I will be voting for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 presidential election. I am voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes that I believe need a warrior to defend. I think she is a determined, talented leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country when we are led by calm and not chaos. I was so encouraged and impressed by her choice of running mate @timwalz, who has been advocating for LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and a woman’s right to control her own body for decades.

“I’ve done my research and I’ve made my choice. It’s completely up to you to do your research and make the choice. I also want to say, especially to first-time voters, remember that you have to be registered to vote! I also find it much easier to vote early. I’ll link in my story to where you can register and where you can find the dates and information for early voting.”

She concluded her post by calling herself a “childless cat lady.”

Trump responded to Swift’s endorsement on “Fox & Friends” on Wednesday morning.

“It was just a matter of time. There was no way she could support Biden. Look at Biden, there was no way she could support him,” Trump said, adding that he was not a fan of Swift.

“But she’s a very liberal person. She always seems to support a Democrat. And she’ll probably pay a price for it… in the marketplace.”
