Audio of Rich Homie Quan’s girlfriend’s 911 call reveals chilling new details about the rapper’s tragic death.

TMZ obtained a copy of the 911 call on Thursday, just hours after the Atlanta rapper’s girlfriend, Amber Williams, found him passed out on the couch.

Williams told the dispatcher in the phone call that he had fallen asleep on the couch the night before and that he had not moved when she checked on him that morning.

Williams, who clearly sounded shaken, said she put a blanket over the “Type of Way” rapper, thinking he was still asleep, then left to take her son to school.

When she got home, she went to check on Quan and she “felt no pulse” and noticed that he wasn’t breathing.

“When I turned him over, he started foaming at the mouth,” she said through her tears.

Williams was ordered to lay the rapper flat on his back on the ground and emergency services soon arrived.

The 33-year-old, whose real name was Dequantes Devontay Lamar, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Page Six confirmed the “Ride Out” rapper’s death to the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office and learned his autopsy is scheduled for Friday.
