The incident that led to Chigvintsev’s arrest took place somewhere in the city of Yountville. The dance pro was reportedly arrested at the scene and there were injuries, according to TMZ.

At the time of publication, it appears that Chigvintsev has not yet been released, according to an online booking report.

The identity of the alleged victim has not been confirmed at this time. Chigvintsev was charged under a California criminal statute that “makes it illegal to injure a spouse, domestic partner or co-parent in an act of domestic violence.”

Chigvintsev and Bella, who is known professionally as Nikki Garcia, celebrated their second wedding anniversary on Monday, August 26. They tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Paris in 2022.

The couple lives in Napa and Bella posted an Instagram Story on Wednesday, August 28, revealing that she was in town for a facial at one of her favorite spots in Downtown Napa.

In 2023, the couple showed off their $1.5 million home to “MTV Cribs.”

It was also announced on Thursday that Chigvintsev will not return for season 33 of “DWTS,” despite being one of the show’s best dancers last season.

The Post has contacted Chigvintsev’s spokespeople about his arrest.
