Taylor Swift is now a huge football fan.

On Monday night, the Kansas City Chiefs improved to 5-0 with a 26-13 victory over the New Orleans Saints. Their most famous fan was there and lived and died at every play, just like the rest of us.

Late in the third quarter, the Chiefs had a 16-7 lead and were on the cusp of another score. On the second goal from the 2-yard line, Patrick Mahomes threw a pass that JuJu Smith-Schuster bobbled, allowing Saints defensive lineman Khalen Saunders to intercept the ball and run the ball back to the 35-yard line. He showed impressive speed.

That was a crazy turnaround for the Chiefs, and Swift reacted to the play like any superfan would. She showed total annoyance. Video evidence is below.

The Saints eventually converted the ensuing drive into a touchdown to cut the deficit to 16-13. That’s as close as it could get, as the Chiefs dominated the fourth quarter to secure the victory.

Swift’s friend Travis Kelce had his best game of the 2024 season, racking up nine catches for 70 yards.
