Miami Dolphins Week 2 Inactive Info Overview

Running back De’Von Achane will indeed be active for the Miami Dolphins’ Week 2 game against the Buffalo Bills.

Achance was listed as questionable on the Dolphins’ final injury report of the week.

He will be one of three running backs active against the Bills, along with veteran Jeff Wilson Jr. and rookie Jaylen Wright, a fourth-round pick. He will likely make his NFL debut after being inactive during the 20-17 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Fellow running back Raheem Mostert has already been ruled out with his pectoral injury, and he is joined on the inactive list by rookie sixth-round pick Malik Washington, along with CB Ethan Bonner, LB Channing Tindall, LB Mohamed Kamara and OL Andrew Meyer.

The only change to the inactive list from Week 1 is that Wright is now in the lineup in place of Mostert.

It’s a disappointing development for Bonner and Tindall, the Dolphins’ top 2022 draft pick. Kamara, meanwhile, will have to wait another week to make his NFL debut.

Buffalo’s inactive list included the two players ruled out on Wednesday, DB Taron Johnson and DE Dawuane Smoot, along with DE Javon Solomon, who was listed as questionable on the final injury report of the week.

The other inactive Bills players were LB Joe Andreessen, T Ryan Van Demark and LB Edefuan Ulofoshio.
