Comedian Kevin Hart is one of the biggest NBA fans in Hollywood.

He talks about basketball almost as much as he appears in movies these days. His basketball fandom perhaps reached its peak when he impersonated the TNT broadcast crew of Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal and Kenny Smith.

He imitated everything from Barkley and O’Neal’s voices to Smith’s walk to the teleprompter, even showing how difficult it is for Johnson to moderate the three former NBA players.

Now the comedian might want to think twice before poking fun at someone in the basketball world. ESPN recently surprised Hart when they invited him on set for an interview. Little did Hart know he would have to watch his high school basketball game highlights.

A stunned Hart couldn’t help but laugh at the footage. The clips mostly featured turnovers. However, Hart did take credit for a block while returning to defense.

“This basketball highlight is horrible,” Hart said. “Who released this?”

Hart took the blindside in fun. It just goes to show how much NBA fans are going to miss TNT’s Inside The NBA crew. This is the anticipated final season after the league decided to cut deals with NBC and other networks, leaving TNT out of the running.

At least there are YouTube clips available on the internet where you can watch the footage again.
