Oddly enough, the last word Kamala Harris has chosen to use to slam Donald Trump is “not serious.” (Or perhaps her writers, managers, and handlers told her to say “not serious”? That seems more likely, doesn’t it?) It’s an odd word to use Trump as an insult. The dictionaries I consulted suggest that “not serious” means “to be blithe or carefree.”
