Kevin Hart has worked with some of Hollywood’s biggest stars, but he can’t remember them all.

The Border areas And Battle Night star recently wrestled with the question of whether he had worked with some of the most prominent entertainers in show business during a daytime drinking segment with Seth Meyers on Late Night with Seth Meyers.

Meyers asked Hart if he had ever worked with Jennifer Aniston, to which he confidently replied, “You know what? I have.” He further explained, “That was through a fitting. So when I met Jimmy Kimmels Different strokesshe did that Facts of lifeand even though we didn’t share the stage together and we didn’t really have any dialogue and interact with each other, we did share a block of network television, and so I got to see the beautiful and talented Jennifer Aniston.”

While Hart correctly remembered the special reinterpretation of those classic sitcoms, he forgot to remember that he actually shared the stage with Aniston during the promotion for the broadcast on Jimmy Kimmel Live — and, most importantly, he also worked with her on one of her biggest films. “God, that’s such an incredible answer, but you were in There came Polly. Have a f—ing drink,” Meyers said, recalling Hart’s role in the 2004 romantic comedy. “What a long, wrong answer.”

Hart defended his faulty memory by claiming the film was “early in my career,” adding, “Can I be honest with you? At that point in my career, I was going through a lot of s—.” He immediately retracted his excuse: “No, I’m lying, I just forgot.”

Meyers then handed Hart a photo of Harrison Ford. “I did Refugee“?” Hart joked.

“You were in The Secret Life of Pets “Together,” Meyers replied.

Hart seemed to remember after Meyers’ recollection. “Yeah, yeah, yeah. Wait, that’s right! Wait a minute, he was my big dog!” he said.

“He was a rooster!” Meyers exclaimed. It’s worth noting that Meyers is actually wrong — Ford played a big dog named Rooster in The Secret Life of Pets 2. Yet Hart still proves his lack of familiarity with the series with his response: “Really? He wasn’t Duke, was he?” he asked, referring to the dog Eric Stonestreet played in both films.

Meyers asked, “Did you see it?” Hart defensively replied, “Yeah!” before whispering softly, “I didn’t see it.” It’s still unclear whether the actor was joking or not.

Meyers later posted a photo of Luke Wilson on the site, to which Hart confidently commented, “Psh. Taylor Drill Bit!” Meyers realized he was thinking of the wrong Wilson brother: “Are you sure? Are you sure that wasn’t Owen Wilson?”

Hart replied, “Goddammit, it was Owen. S— . Goddammit.”

The Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle star also insisted that he never shared the screen with Jon Bernthal. “We didn’t work together,” he said. “You did, in Grudge match“, Meyers corrected. “S—,” Hart replied dejectedly.

Hart can currently be seen in the Peacock limited series, Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heiststarring Don Cheadle, Taraji P. Henson, Samuel L. Jackson and Terrence Howard. Hopefully Hart will remember working with them the next time he goes out for drinks!
