It really dawned on me at some point how difficult this outside wide receiver situation is when I see Matt Collins screw up on a route on third down and then immediately the Bills punt the ball and you know who the shooter is going to goes down to try to tackle the punt returner?

It’s Matt Collins Collins, dude, they just threw the ball to third down, where Keyon Coleman is now as an NFL player, that they only throw out as an outside receiver and like they’re just a jump ball, dude, they’re, they are just kind of being pulled to death from the outside receiver position at this point.

They don’t get much separation and yes, in the first three weeks of the season when you play like the Cardinals and what we know now is a bad Miami Dolphins team when you play those groups.

Like, yeah, you can definitely do that, you can go on and on with bad defenses and stuff like that, because I think this is a well-constructed offense, with one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL.

But when you go against two pretty good defenses with good players in the secondary.

Even if the Ravens don’t play up to their standards, they still have good cornerbacks there.

You’re just going to get hit in here, just like in this one.

I mean, Jo Josh Allen has a stat line in this game where every time I look at it I feel like the API or the data provider has something like that, like I keep wanting to refresh it because he completed nine passes for 30 or sorry Me, nine out of thirty passes in this game like that, that, that feels like a typo that feels like rookie year.

Josh Allen.

That’s exactly where they are from an outside receiver perspective, and yes, just like Khalil Shakir is a good player.

I really like Khalil Shakir, but just like your passing attack can’t go completely down the toilet if Khalil Shakir misses another game when they play good teams.

I think this is going to be a problem.

They can do that, they can certainly play against bad teams.

Jacksonville and week three.

Yes you can, you can crush Jacksonville with a bunch of receivers that can’t be separated consistently.

That’s fine.

But and again, like the schedule isn’t crazy.

They have the Jets next week.

Titans are a pretty good defense, then things lighten up for a Week 11 matchup with Kansas City.

So I just feel like the Josh Allen experience from a fantasy quarterback perspective is going to be bumpier than what we’re used to.

I’m, uh, I mean, I’m not, I’m not your salary cap guy, but there’s a pretty good veteran outside receiver available on the trade market right now.

I’ll just throw it out there.

He would look good in Buffalo.

My first thought watching the Jets offense this morning was that this is not a Devante Adams unit.

That’s not a unity that will keep Devante Adams from redemption.

I look at Buffalo.

I’m like, yeah, you dropped Devote Adams here and maybe we’re cooking like everyone’s in trouble.

We’re getting some players like they can’t get open.

We dropped Devote Adams here, but it clearly sounds like he just wants to play with quarterbacks he’s played with before.
