In her interview with LadyGunn, Siwa explained that she is well aware that people make fun of her bold and carefree attitude. She called herself an “attention seeker” and said: “My favorite thing in the world is to entertain people and make them laugh, whether they laugh with me or at me. Of course, no one likes to be hated, but I like to entertain people and that’s how people get entertained.”

Siwa’s controversial outfit featured an embellished corset top with nipples and built-in abs. She paired the glittering top with a matching codpiece. Shortly after Siwa’s cover story was released on social media, her ensemble, styled by Phil Gomez, made waves online. “Confused” netizens flooded the comment section, slamming the outfit or criticizing her management team for sabotaging her career.

“I don’t know who manages her but they are ruining her career,” one Instagram user commented. A second wrote: “I actually don’t like this at all,” while a third said: “It’s not a good day to have eyes.” Another fan responded: “Why do I open Instagram and get a face full of a gold cup?” However, many were quick to jump to Siwa’s defense, with one writing: “Honestly eat this and y’all will transfer in 5 years.”
