A Philadelphia Eagles superfan spent part of his Monday night in a world of pain… and it was all because he took a massive blow to the chest from Jason Kelce at a parking lot party.

It all happened just before the Eagles’ “Monday Night Football” game against the Atlanta Falcons at Lincoln Financial Field … where Kelce attempted to rile up some fans at a tailgate outside the stadium.

The former Birds offensive lineman jumped on the mic and gave an epic rousing speech… and to put an exclamation point on it all – he delivered Chris Dunphy for a fun party.

He told the topless fan: who has acquired fame over the years for his wild Philadelphia tattoos — to stand in a three-point stance… and then meet him in midair for a belly touch.
