Cruz Azul is coming off its first loss of the season on Tuesday, losing 3-1 to San Luis. It looked like another win was on the way after the team scored first with a 32nd-minute goal from Ignacio Rivero, but things went wrong from there. San Luis scored twice before halftime, then Cruz Azul’s Gonzalo Piovi was shown a red card in the 74th minute.

Guadalajara is coming off a 2-0 win over Leon, with one of those goals coming via an own goal, while the other came just before half-time when Roberto Alvarado scored on a penalty.

The last time these teams met was in March, when Uriel Antuna scored twice in a 3-0 win for Cruz Azul.
