Penn State is a heavy 28-point favorite to take on UCLA and improve to 5-0 to start the 2024 season with a big road trip to No. 11 USC next week. The Nittany Lions pulled off a memorable 21-7 victory over No. 19 Illinois last weekend, a game in which they forced two turnovers, held the Illini to 1.1 yards per carry, rushed for 243 yards and averaged 5.6 yards per carry achieved.
