A major manhunt is underway after three people were killed and eight injured in a stabbing attack in Germany on Friday night during the ‘Festival of Diversity’. Witnesses to the bloodshed in the West German city of Solingen say the attacker, as expected, Arabic in appearance — a detail that all major US news organizations are omitting from their reporting at the time of our report.

“Tonight we are all in shock, horror and great sadness in Solingen. We all wanted to celebrate the birthday of our city together and now we have the dead and wounded to mourn,” said Mayor Tim-Oliver Kurzbach of Solingen. “I pray for all those who are still fighting for their lives.” Although the festival was indeed held to mark the 650th anniversary of the city, Rather than emphasizing German heritage and history, the organizers apparently preferred to focus on “diversity.”

Their goal was achieved in a way they did not intend, with the attacker is said to have added his own kind of ‘diversity’. According to the German newspaper ImageWitnesses say the killer with the knife appeared to be a young Arab man. At around 9:45 p.m., he attacked a seemingly random collection of victims on the Fronhof, a market square used as a venue for live music performances. Local news source Solinger daily newspaper gave spectator Lars Breitzke an account of what he saw:

At first he thought it was a drunk. But when he turned around, he saw other people lying on the ground. And several pools of blood.

After fatally stabbing three people and wounding eight others, five seriously, the attacker reportedly fled to a main street and remains at large. The evening’s events were called off shortly after 10 p.m. as sirens blared across the city of about 160,000 and a police helicopter circled overhead. Solinger daily newspaper reported. Special units from all over the state of North Rhine-Westphalia were deployed to Solingen as part of a major search operation, according to The Times from London.

Although the Festival of Diversity was scheduled to last the entire weekend, organizers decided to cancel it altogether shortly after midnight. Videos are circulating on social media that allegedly show the bloody aftermath of the attack:

As if it wasn’t ironic enough that a “diversity festival” in Germany is being terrorized by someone who is apparently of foreign descent, Solingen is also known as the “City of Knives”, because of its long history as a centre of scissor and knife making, dating back to the Middle Ages.

The Friday night horror show in the small town near Düsseldorf and Cologne is the just the latest episode of bloodshed in Germany by knife-wielding murderers of non-German originIn May, a 25-year-old immigrant from Afghanistan slaughtered a police officer and injured six more people in Mannheim.

An immigration restriction does not appear to be on the table. Instead, German Interior Minister Nancy Faeser recently proposed another solution: “Knives are used to commit brutal acts of violence that can cause serious injury or death. We need stricter gun laws and tighter controls,” she told German public broadcaster ARD. She has called on the legislature to only allow knives 6 cm or smaller to be carried; the current limit is 12. She is also pushing for a complete ban on butterfly knives.

Serious knife attacks in Germany have increased by 9.7% compared to last year. The Alternative for Germany (AfD) party believes that knives themselves are not the problem: “We have an explosion in foreign crime, juvenile crime and migrant violence because we have open borders,” said party leader Alice Weidel in July.

Many hours later Image initially quoted multiple witnesses as saying the Festival of Diversity killer was a young “Arab-looking” man, but no American media outlets chose to report that detail. Although The Times from London, the message was pushed to the last paragraph of section 20 of his reporting.

Meanwhile, North Rhine-Westphalia’s interior minister told reporters: “None of us know why” the attack took place.

We suspect it has something to do with another diversifier who has a huge aversion to diversity.
