An unsealed federal indictment revealed criminal charges against Sean “Diddy” Combs on Tuesday, a day after the hip-hop mogul was arrested in New York City.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office charged Combs with racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, among other charges. Read the full indictment below.

His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, said earlier on Monday that they were “disappointed by the decision to prosecute what we believe is an unjustified case”, calling the entertainment star “an imperfect person, but not a criminal”.

The former music director has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents made the arrest Monday in Manhattan, sources familiar with the matter told NBC New York. Combs was arrested in a hotel lobby, a representative told NBC News.

“It must be said that Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve judgment until you have all the facts,” Agnifilo’s statement said. “These are the actions of an innocent man with nothing to hide and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”
