In a 28-10 loss that brought back memories of last season’s woes, head coach Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes were pummeled by the physically powerful Nebraska Cornhuskers on Saturday night.

Quarterback Shedeur Sanders had five sacks and was often hounded as Nebraska’s talented defensive linemen easily tore through Colorado’s offensive line. Defensively, though, the Buffs did some good things, including holding Nebraska scoreless in the second half.

Colorado lost 1-1 and next Saturday another exciting match is scheduled against the Colorado State Rams.
