College football fans are stunned as Jesse Palmer ‘tears apart’ Florida fan on live TV

College football fans looked on with disgusted eyes at Jesse Palmer’s rude comment about a Florida Gators fan during Sunday’s game against Texas A&M.

As the Aggies cruised to a 33-20 victory, the camera crew captured the range of emotions felt by fans in blue and orange at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

That’s when a Gators fan dressed in UF overalls was spotted cheering late in the game, surrounded by six female spectators. Palmer decided to take his football analysis off the field and into the stands.

“He’s got a mustache, you don’t see him now, but he’s smacking his shirt over his hand,” Palmer said of the fan. “I’m going to make a bold prediction here. I’m going to say that guy is in the friend zone.”

Barstool Sports posted the clip from the broadcast online and captioned it, “Jesse Palmer did NOT have to trash this man on live TV.”

Fans were left stunned after Jesse Palmer claimed on live TV that a UF student was ‘in the friend zone’

When the clip went viral on social media, users responded to Palmer’s statement.

“Jesse Palmer making fun of you on national television and saying you don’t get a dick is something I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy,” one user wrote.

“Hello 911 I want to report a murder,” wrote another, while a third added, “Oh my goodness 10-8 bullet for Palmer.”

“Gatos got put in the friendzone by the playoffs,” joked a fourth.

Fans weren’t the only ones stunned by the comment. Commentator Joe Tessitore was also taken aback by his reporter’s brutal take.

“I can’t do that,” Tessitore said, after apparently stopping himself from laughing. “Look, you’re a top analyst. I’m just saying — you know how to give analysis.”

“There’s relationships and dating, I’ve seen it up close and personal in my other job,” said Palmer — who also hosts The Bachelor/Bachelorette — as Tessitore couldn’t help but laugh. “I will say he’s a good listener.”

“Don’t kick a man when he’s got Jesse down, leave him alone,” added sideline reporter Katie George.

“I think he’s a great guy,” Palmer replied. “I didn’t say he’s a bad guy. I’m just saying I don’t think he’s dating anyone in the picture.
