Caitlin Clark and Indiana Fever Meet Simone Biles, Gabby Thomas

“EVERYONE IS WATCHING WOMEN’S SPORTS,” Biles wrote on X. “So glad I can go support!”

The Indiana Fever players got a special visit from Olympic gold medalists Simone Biles and Gabby Thomas following their win over the Connecticut Sun on Monday night. The WNBA team players were “ecstatic” as they posed for photos with the athletes — and it’s safe to say the feeling was mutual.

“They were so excited! Normally the boys just walk by and say, ‘Yup,'” Biles giggled in the video. “But they were so excited. That was so cool.”

The gymnast and runner enthusiastically embraced rookie star Caitlin Clark, Tami Fagbenle, Aliyah Boston and other members of the team as they took photos together. The players were seen running among the Olympians to pose for photos.

“Text me, text me!” one player joked about receiving the photos.

Biles shared the Indiana Fever video on X, writing, “EVERYONE IS WATCHING WOMEN’S SPORTS 🫶🏾 so excited to be able to come support! My first of many WNBA games 🤞🏾.”

“First WNBA game of many! Had so much fun supporting these stars,” Thomas added in her post.

Clark, who scored 19 points and set the WNBA record for 3-pointers made with 88 in a single season, also shared the video on her Instagram, writing, “Let me fangirl real quick.”

Earlier in the evening, fans attending the Indiana-Connecticut game were able to watch the Olympic medal winners on the big screen.

Biles and Thomas both had a great summer at the Olympic Games in Paris, with Biles winning three gold medals and one silver, while Thomas won three golds in the 200 meters, the 4×100 meter relay and the 4×400 meter relay.
