Buy Eagles Sphere Las Vegas tickets while prices drop

We have a “Peaceful Easy Feeling” about this weekend.

On September 20th and 21st, The Eagles will launch their highly anticipated 20-concert “Eagles — Live In Concert at Sphere” residency at Las Vegas’ one-of-a-kind live events space, Sphere. Ticket prices for the first two nights of the concert will be reduced.

When our team last reported on Eagles ticket prices on September 13, the cheapest seats we could find for the first series of shows were $245 (not including fees) at Vivid Seats.

Now, just under a week later, tickets are on sale starting at $217 (excluding admission fees).

If that’s still too much for your wallet, we recommend keeping an eye on this link, as prices may well drop steadily in the run-up to the show.

As for the actual show, expect the Rock Hall of Famers to provide “the ultimate connection to the group’s iconic catalog — including their acclaimed 1976 album ‘Hotel California’ — with an ‘immersive’ live experience,” according to a press release.

Based on our findings at Set List FM, they’re likely to play hits like “Desperado”, “Hotel California”, “Life In The Fast Lane”, as well as classics from Don Henley’s solo career and Joe Walsh’s time with James Gang.

Eagles Concert Review

According to Variety, The Eagles’ farewell concerts “could easily compete with artists like Taylor Swift and Beyoncé for the title of tour of the year.”

For more information on Deacon Frey, Joe Walsh, Don Henley, Vince Gill and what the band had to say at their MSG concert, read the publication’s in-depth, thoughtful review here.

The band members of The Eagles

If you’ve been living at a fast pace since 1971 (!), chances are that some things have changed.

Still, 77-year-old founder Don Henley (drums, vocals, also known for the 80s hit “Boys of Summer”) continues to lead the group.

He’s joined on Sphere by 76-year-old Joe Walsh (who lent his talents to the James Gang), 76-year-old Timothy B. Schmit (bassist and vocalist, played with Poco), 22-time Grammy winner Vince Gill and the late Glenn Frey’s 31-year-old son, Deacon.

In its 50-year history, the band has won six Grammy Awards, performed more than 1,000 concerts and sold more than 150 million albums.
