About the result…

Really happy. It is clear that we want to make the Emirates a very difficult place. We really want to feel comfortable and confident that we can play our own way against big opponents. And I’m very happy with the result, with the clean sheet, with the performance, especially in the first half. And in the second half we also had to adapt to the way they played. It forced us to go much deeper than we wanted to in many moments, but we are still happy to play that game.

On credit to Nicolas Jover as set-piece coach…

We always give the coaches credit for the work they do. But ultimately the players have to believe in that. We put a lot of effort and work into that. It’s a game-changing situation. Today that happened. We still had three or four big open situations to score, but it didn’t happen. So we have to score somehow to win games.

Are more teams focusing on set pieces?

Yes, I think there has been a huge change in the last five years. You see how many specialists there are in the game and everyone is working on everything. That’s why it’s becoming increasingly difficult to win.

Yes, really good, especially after the international break. It has been a very challenging period.
