When fans saw the news of Richard’s win, they took to the comments to express how happy they were to see him take home the title.

While many were thrilled to see Richard emerge as the winner, some viewers were disappointed to see Roni Sagi and Rhythm take second place in the competition.

Nevertheless, Richard is delighted to have participated at all America has talent season 19. As he told People On September 24, he never expected something like this to happen to him.

“There are bucket lists and there are top-shelf bucket lists,” he told the outlet. “You didn’t even know it was there at the top of the shelf. This is definitely, a bucket list (item) that I couldn’t even (think of) or dream of.”
