Eight years later we still get goosebumps every time. Travis Scott and Kendrick Lamar might need the Heimlich after seeing the visuals of their 2016 “Goosebumps” collaboration recently surpass 1 billion views on YouTube.

The trippy, BRTHR-directed clip gives Scott his second entry into the Billion Views Club behind 2018’s ‘SICKO MODE’, while K. Dot made his first appearance as a guest on Taylor Swift’s ‘Bad Blood (Remix)’. It won’t be long before Lamar makes a solo video with a billion views, like DAMN it.”s “HUMBLE” currently stands at 997 million views.

In the video, Scott wanders around the city reminiscing about a lost loved one during the psychedelic-infused visual before Kendrick enters the fray.

“Goosebumps” originally landed on La Flame’s Birds in the trap sing McKnight album in 2016, which debuted atop the Billboard 200 with a total of 88,000 album-equivalent units sold in its first week.

The eerie Lamar-assisted banger was a slow hit on the Billboard Hot 100. After debuting in September 2016, “Goosebumps” didn’t gain steam until 2017, where it peaked in the top 40 at No. 34 on the Hot 100. chart dated May 25, 2017.

The intoxicating anthem ultimately lasted 35 weeks on the Hot 100, the second-longest of any Scott hit behind the three-part roller coaster ride that was “SICKO MODE” (52 weeks).

More recently, La Flame wrapped up the nostalgia with the reissue of his 2014 Days before Rodeo mixtape in August, which debuted on streaming services and topped this week’s Billboard 200 chart.
