Despite his stellar performance in the second game of his NFL career, Marvin Harrison Jr. is still not satisfied.

The Arizona Cardinals rookie wide receiver lamented that Kyler Murray’s four incomplete passes all resulted from a tackle on him during the team’s 41-10 win over the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.

“I’m not going to lie to you, I think I’ve seen Kyler’s stats,” Harrison told reporters after the win. “He had four incompletions, all to me. I’m not too happy about that. That definitely needs to be fixed, but we’re going to continue to build our chemistry as the season goes on.”

The 22-year-old may have been a little too hard on himself, as he played a historic match.

He hauled in four catches for 130 yards and two touchdowns, with all of his production coming in the first quarter, including a 60-yard score that helped Arizona take an early 14-0 lead.

Murray also thrived against the Rams, going 17 of 21 for 266 yards and three touchdowns without committing a turnover. After going 1-8 through nine weeks in 2023, Arizona is now 1-1.

If Harrison and Murray continue to build good chemistry throughout the season, the Cardinals could have a shot at their first playoff berth since 2021.
