Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson is facing new charges of sexual assault and battery in Houston.

The lawsuit, filed in which Jane Doe is the plaintiff, alleges the woman is accusing Watson of sexual assault and battery, as well as intentional infliction of emotional distress, after what happened on a day they were supposed to go on a date in October 2020.

Tony Buzbee, who represented many of the people suing Watson in 2021, also represents this woman.

The woman alleges in the lawsuit that Watson became angry that he couldn’t find her apartment on Oct. 10, 2020, before the date had even begun. Watson allegedly “aggressively yelled and screamed, stating that he couldn’t find her apartment and that he ‘didn’t have time for this,'” according to Pro Football Talk.

But according to the indictment, that was just the beginning of what was to come.

“When Watson finally arrived at Doe’s apartment, Doe had not finished applying her makeup, so she invited Watson to sit in her living room while she got ready,” the lawsuit states. “While she was in her bathroom applying makeup, Doe left the bathroom door open and attempted to strike up a conversation with Watson to relieve the tension from his angry outburst. Jane Doe soon began to believe she was talking to herself because Watson did not respond.

“Jane Doe came out of her bathroom to investigate Watson’s silence and was shocked to find him completely naked on her bed, lying face down on his stomach. As Jane Doe stood there in shock, Watson turned his head and aggressively insisted that she massage him, pointing to his buttocks. Jane Doe asked if Watson meant he wanted her to massage his back, but Watson indicated that he wanted his buttocks massaged.”

The plaintiff said in the lawsuit that she was “terrified” as “she was in her small apartment with a much larger man, and she was still reeling from Watson’s angry outburst and aggression on the phone.”

While the woman tried to “calm Watson down by rubbing his back instead of his buttocks,” Watson reportedly became agitated.

“Seemingly frustrated that Doe only wanted to rub his back, Watson turned around and displayed an erection. Watson continued to demand that Jane Doe massage him, pointing from his knees to his groin,” the lawsuit continued, according to PFT. “Jane Doe froze in fear, unsure of how to reject Watson’s advances without endangering her safety. Confused and frightened, she repeated to Watson that she was not a massage therapist. Watson asked her what she wanted to do instead.”

The lawsuit goes on to allege that the plaintiff was grabbed by Watson’s leg and placed prone on the bed. At that point, Watson “partially undressed Jane Doe and penetrated her vagina without consent, implied or expressed.”

“Jane Doe felt paralyzed, unsure whether to risk her safety by attempting to stop Watson or endure his attack,” the lawsuit states. “Watson sexually assaulted Jane Doe in a ‘missionary position’ for several minutes before grabbing her and turning her over. Watson continued to aggressively attack Doe from behind.”

The plaintiff claims she “mustered courage and strength” to escape Watson during the attack, grabbing a “heavy piece of self-defense decoration” and yelling at him to leave her apartment. An “enraged” Watson eventually left.

The NFL and the Browns declined to comment on the matter to Fox News Digital.

The main difference between this latest lawsuit and the other lawsuits is that Watson is specifically accused of sexual assault, while the others are accused of sexual misconduct.

The 28-year-old quarterback was suspended for 11 games two seasons ago after numerous women accused him of sexual assault and inappropriate behavior during scheduled massage sessions.

Two Texas grand juries ultimately declined to bring criminal charges against Watson. However, the NFL and NFLPA reached a settlement over his discipline, which included him paying a $5 million fine and undergoing mandatory evaluation by behavioral health professionals while following a treatment program they designed before he returned to the field.

Watson settled 23 of the 24 civil lawsuits filed against him. The one civil lawsuit still pending is also represented by Buzbee.

Watson’s time with the Browns has not gone well for the franchise thus far, including a 33-17 loss to the Dallas Cowboys at home to open the 2024 campaign. He went 5-1 to start the 2023 season, but injuries, including a shoulder ailment that required season-ending surgery, kept him out for much of the year.

Watson has gone 8-5 in three seasons since Cleveland traded six draft picks, including three first-rounders, to acquire the quarterback from the Houston Texans. The Browns also gave him a then-record $230 million fully guaranteed deal to become their franchise quarterback.
