Taylor Swift arrives at Kansas City Chiefs game as NFL season kicks off

She’s back, stronger than a ’90s trend.

Taylor Swift was spotted at the Kansas City Chiefs’ Arrowhead Stadium on Thursday night cheering on her boyfriend, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, during the NFL season opener against the Baltimore Ravens.

The Chiefs host the Ravens in a rematch of last season’s AFC Championship game. The Chiefs defeated the Ravens 17-10 on Jan. 28 and then defeated the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII.

Rob Collins, sports director at Fox4 Kansas City, also shared a video on social media of Taylor Swift arriving at the venue.

Rumors of Swift and Kelce’s romance began circulating in July 2023, when he attended the singer’s Eras Tour at his home stadium and joked that he wanted to give her a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it. In September 2023, Kelce admitted on “The Pat McAfee Show” that he invited Swift to see him play. Later that month, Swift watched the Chiefs take on the Chicago Bears from a suite with Kelce’s mother. The pair were also spotted leaving the venue together, and the pop singer later attended multiple Chiefs games throughout the season.

In December, Swift spoke candidly about her relationship with Kelce in an interview with TIME, who named her Person of the Year.

“It all started when Travis put me on his podcast really cute, which I thought was metal as hell… We started dating right after that,” she told TIME. “By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple.”

Following her final Eras Tour show in Tokyo, Swift traveled to Las Vegas to support Kelce and the Chiefs at Super Bowl LVIII. She wore a red bomber jacket and a necklace with the number “87,” Kelce’s jersey number.
