RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – A fire in northeast Reno damaged an abandoned, boarded-up barn Sunday morning.

At least four similar fires are currently under investigation in northeast Reno.

Sunday’s fire broke out around 3 a.m. in the 1400 block of East Seventh Street. It was a boarded-up, 750-square-foot shed.

The Reno Fire Department sent 27 firefighters to battle the blaze.

The cause is being investigated.

There were at least three other fires in northeast Reno, the latest on Friday when a 20-by-20-foot barn burned behind a building on East Seventh Street.
