About the role

As a COMPENSATION MANAGER At Stitch Fix, you will oversee key compensation programs and manage relationships across the organization. You will dive deep into analytics and collaborate with our Total Rewards team to design and implement innovative next-generation rewards and recognition programs. You will work closely with our Business Partner and Growth and Development teams to educate the organization on compensation at Stitch Fix and establish yourself as an expert in the space. In this role, you will roll up your sleeves and be hands-on, while providing strategic direction for program management and design within a highly innovative and growth-focused organization. This role will work closely with and report to the VP of Total Rewards.

  • You have 6+ years of experience with progressive compensation and increasing levels of responsibility in the design and management of compensation programs. Previous consulting experience is a plus, but not required.
  • You have demonstrable expertise in rewards across multiple disciplines, such as job matching and market pricing, equity mechanisms, job architecture, executive rewards, etc.
  • You are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced skills such as VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data reporting. You can effectively visualize and execute models and tell compelling, easy-to-follow stories based on data.
  • You have experience in change management, including developing training materials on rewards and presenting them effectively to various business audiences, including managers, business partners and other stakeholders.
  • You have excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and explain the compensation philosophy, program design and recommendations.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing business needs.

Compensation and benefits

Our expected compensation reflects the cost of employment in various geographic markets in the U.S., and the range below represents the low end of the lowest compensated market to the high end of the highest compensated market. This position is eligible for new hires and ongoing restricted stock unit awards based on employee and company performance. Additionally, the position is eligible for medical, dental, vision and other benefits. Applicants should apply through our internal or external career site. Salary Range $181,000 – $192,000 USD
