What channel is the Mets vs. game on? Brewers Saturday?

MILWAUKEE – The urgency is increasing for the Mets.

After the Mets suffered an 8-4 loss to the Brewers on Friday night, the Braves tied in the National League wild-card race. The Mets maintain a razor-thin lead over the Diamondbacks thanks to the tiebreaker, but will have to turn the corner if they hope to clinch their spot in the playoff race.

That quest continues Saturday night at 7:15 p.m., when the Mets look to bounce back in the second game of their series with the Brewers at American Family Field in Milwaukee. Fans across the country can watch the game broadcast on Fox.

Jose Quintana (10-9, 3.74) will get the start for the Mets against Brewers left-handed reliever Jared Koenig (9-4, 2.51).

Quintana was a revelation for the Mets in September, posting a 3-0 record with a 0.00 ERA, 0.68 WHIP and 14 strikeouts in 20⅔ innings across three starts. He has allowed one earned run over his last 32 innings in five starts dating back to his August 25 start against the Padres.

Koenig’s longest outing this season was 2⅔ innings on May 20.
